Cranberry Vodka Slush Recipe: Scale ingredients to servings
4 cups water
12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
6 oz frozen cranberry juice
1 cup sugar
1 bottle vodka

Mix all ingredients a day ahead and place in freezer. When ready to serve, take out of freezer and scoop and serve with ginger ale.


The Perfect Margarita: 4 Oz Margarita Mix, 1 & 1/2 Oz Cuervo Gold Tequila (or Cuervo 1800) , 3/4 Oz Triple Sec, Top with 1 Oz   Grand Marnier (or Amaretto) - Enjoy!


Brandy Slush: 7 Cups Water, 2 Cups Sugar, 2 Cups Water, 4 Tea Bags, 2 Small cans frozen lemonade, 1 Small can frozen orange juice, 2 Cups Brandy (or Seagrams 7), 50/50 or squirt

Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add tea bags, and let sit. Bring 7 cups water to a boil with sugar, remove tea bags from first mixture, and add two mixtures together.  Add lemonade and orange juice. Add brandy last, mix pour into container, and freeze (at least overnight). To serve, put large scoop of frozen mixture in glass and add 50/50 or squirt.


Mexican Martini: In a tumbler, mix - 2 parts Tequila (top shelf preferable), 1 part Triple Sec (Grand Marnier preferable), a splash of O.J., a splash of lime juice (fresh squeezed preferable), fill with sweet and sour mix (lemon based) - shake well. Serve over ice in a Martini glass, and be sure to make enough for a refill!

Jeff Strouf's Baileys: 6 eggs (I use egg beaters), 1 quart half and half, 4 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate, 2 cups brandy, 2- 14 oz. cans of sweetened condensed milk,1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix all with mixer for 2 minutes. The calories are HIGH but worth it.
